Unified Seevic Palmer's College, commonly known as USP College, is a prominent further education institution in Essex, England. Established in August 2017, the college was formed by merging Palmer's College in Grays, Thurrock, and Seevic College in Thundersley, Benfleet. Palmer's has historical roots dating back to its founding as a charity school in 1706, while Seevic was originally established as a sixth form college in 1972, its name derived from South East Essex Sixth (VI) Form College. Today, USP College operates from three campuses: the original Seevic and Palmer's locations, and the XTEND Digital Campus on Canvey Island. As of November 2021, the college had an enrollment of 3,588 students. Both the Seevic and Palmer's campuses offer adult education courses and have special needs departments, with Palmer's special needs facility opening in September 2018. The Seevic campus has successfully run its special needs department for several years, supporting over 94 students.
